Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended slightly. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Estimates
United States: typically 2 to 7 business days after processing
International: delivery times vary depending on destination and customs
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS, depending on your region and selected service.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.
Address Errors
If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address if the order has not shipped. Once shipped, changes are limited by the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Maison Mélange is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not located. We recommend checking with neighbors, mailrooms, building offices, and all delivery entrances. If the package is still not found, contact us and we will assist you in beginning a carrier investigation.
International Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import fees, duties, or taxes determined by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of skincare and body-care products, we do not accept returns on opened items. This ensures product safety and quality for all customers.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will gladly replace or refund the item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for damaged or incorrect items. We cannot exchange products that have been opened or used.
Return Eligibility
Unopened, unused items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. All returns must be approved by our support team before being shipped back.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Orders marked as delivered but not received must be addressed with the carrier. We are happy to assist in initiating a package trace, but refunds cannot be issued for items confirmed as delivered.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing. Please email us immediately if you need to request a cancellation.
