Order Issues?
My tracking number isn’t updating. What should I do?
- Carrier scans can be delayed. Tracking typically updates within 48 hours.
My package says delivered, but it isn’t here.
- Check your mailbox, neighbors, side doors, and building office first. If it still can’t be found, contact us at Orders@maisonmelange.com and we’ll help with next steps.
I received the wrong item or something arrived damaged.
- Email us within 5 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it right away.
